Job description
Looking for HR Executive (Recruitment -20% and HR Operations - 80%)
1 Manage the entire HR Functions including :-
a. Recruitment /Staffing.
b. Training & Development
c. Payroll Management
d.. Enhance Employee Performance.
e. statutory compliance and payroll.
f. Provide advice and support to Reporting Head on HR related issues.
g. Perform general office and admin duties.
Admin duties:-
To ensure allocation of Housekeeping, Office boys, Pantry boys and security guards
To liaise effectively with various Govt. agencies for fulfilling statutory requirements and obtaining licensing formalities and renewals
Responsible for In house office maintenance like furniture maintenance, air conditioners, lighting, plumbing
Oversee company housekeeping, cafeteria arrangements, travel arrangements, Stationery procurement and distribution
Coordination with housekeeping team and ensure hygiene standards are maintained in office premises
Ensure timely payment of electricity bills, Society maintenance bills and property tax.
Coordinating with various departments for their individual requirement related to administrative functions.
Responsible for creating biometrics enrolment in ESSL and ensure ID cards are printed immediately after getting necessary employee details from HR department
Responsible for checking on packed food products for expiry and MRP
Coordinating for clients visit and other VIP meet
Responsible or maintaining the records of meeting room booking
Processing vendor payment and after verifying the records forwarding the same to the Finance department for further process
Attending incoming and outgoing phone calls and transferring calls as needed
Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing couriers
Updating list of internal extension and important contact numbers from time to time basis
